The only known ways to become a Zombie Werewolf is through a grog of substanial whimsy, or by being bitten by a current zombie wolf.
zombie wolves cursed by a bite can be cured by the Remove Curse spell. Natural-born zombie wolves, who inherit their curse from an infected parent, can only have their curse removed with a Wish.
When hit with a curse-dealing attack, a character must succeed a Constitution Saving Throw, DC 8 + zombie wolf proficiency bonus + zombie wolf Constitution modifier in order to avoid being cursed. Players who embrace the curse change their alignment to that of the zombie wolf. If you do not embrace the curse, you lose control of your character while transformed.
Ability Score: Those who become zombie wolves keep their statistics but while transformed gain a strength of 17 (unless already higher), +2 con, -6 int, -4 wis, -4 cha.
Type change: You add Shapechanger to your creature type, and when transformed you also add undead.
Werebeast Immunities: bludgeoning, piercing, slashing, and damage from non-magical weapons that aren’t silvered. Immune to poison damage and cant be poisoned.
Undead Fortitude: If damage reduces the zombie wolf to 0 Hit Points, it must make a Constitution saving throw with a DC of 5+the damage taken, unless the damage is radiant, silvered or from a critical hit. On a success, the zombie wolf drops to 1 hit point instead.
Darkvision: You gain darkvision of 60ft.
Keen Hearing and Smell: The zombie wolf has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on hearing or smell.
Hybrid Form: Zombie wolves appear as a muscled and furred humanoid body with a wolf’s head atop. They wield weapons but prefer claws and teeth. They are also rotting and often have flesh missing.
Multiattack: The werewolf makes two attacks: one with its bite and one with its claws or a single handed weapon.
Claws: Melee Weapon Attack: +(str+prof) to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: (2d4 + str) slashing damage.
Weapon Attack: you may attack with a single handed weapon you are wielding.
Bite: Melee Weapon Attack: +(str+prof) to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: (1d8 + str) piercing damage. If the target is a Humanoid, it must succeed on a DC12 Constitution saving throw or be Cursed to rise as a zombie wolf.
