And then this past week you did the ore refinement.

Well you have completed this.
For the crafting, you make 1 Week progress towards Proficiency with smith’s tools.

you craft the potions.
maade the plans.
Gathered 20 units of eternal ice, with no encounters.
You collect 16 units of leafweave, and run into a CR 6/8ths encounter.

This past week, you merged Alarm and Shield, as discussed in person (rather than crafting winged boots)

Merging these spells was a complete success, you discovered new and more efficient ways of using these magics, increasing potency without additional strain on the caster.

The details are as follows.

Level 1 Abjuration

Casting Time: 1 minute
Range: Self
Components: V S M (a tiny bell and a piece of fine silver wire)
Duration: 8 hours
Classes: Artificer, Oath of The Watchers, Ranger, Sorcerer, The Hexblade, Wizard
When you are hit with an attack you may as a reaction, create an invisible barrier of magical force to protect you. Until the start of your next turn, you have a +5 bonus to AC, including against the triggering attack, and you take no damage from magic missile.

At Higher Levels: If you spend at least 2 points to cast this, your shield protects your allies within an area, they will also recieve the +5 AC, provided they stay within range. The range is 10ft cube per point spent.

You just need to decide what to call this new spell, and decide if you will share the spell with the guild, so others may learn it, or if you are keeping it secret so that others will have to ask you if they wish to learn the spell.
